The CY8C4147LDE-HVS004T is a high-voltage, mixed-signal automotive MCU with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ core, 128 KB flash, and 16 KB SRAM in a 48-lead QFN. It features a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC with 33 analog channels, two opamps, CAPSENSE™ for capacitive sensing, up to 47 GPIOs, and four configurable serial blocks.
