The CY8C4147LCE-HVS133T is an automotive-grade, high-voltage mixed-signal microcontroller with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU, 128 KB flash, and 16 KB SRAM. It features a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC, two opamps, two low-power comparators, and a multi-sense converter (MSC) for capacitive sensing (CAPSENSE™). Supporting 3.3 V or 5 V operation and direct battery input up to 42 V, it includes integrated LIN and CXPI transceivers.
