The CY8C4147LCE-HVS033XT is an automotive-grade high-voltage microcontroller with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU, 128 KB flash, and 16 KB SRAM. It features a 12-bit SAR ADC, two opamps, two low-power comparators, and a multi-sense converter (MSC) for CAPSENSE™ capacitive sensing.
