The CY8C4146LDE-HVS014XT is an automotive-grade microcontroller with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU, 64 KB flash, and 8 KB SRAM in a 48-pin QFN package. It integrates a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC, CAPSENSE™ MSC for capacitive sensing, five 16-bit timer/counter/PWM blocks, and LIN/CXPI interfaces with PHY. Direct 12 V/24 V battery operation, selectable 3.3 V/5 V LDO, AEC-Q100 qualification, and ASIL-B safety features enable robust use in automotive HMI, body, and powertrain systems.
