It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 105°C and supports SDR 166 MHz or DDR 102 MHz reads (up to 83/102 MBps). Flexible sector options, 256/512-byte page buffers, CRC, SECDED ECC, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection help manage endurance and corruption.
