Leveraging Top-Side-Cooling (TSC) technology, it can provide customers with an outstanding thermal performance, easier assembly and reduced system cost. Compared to back-side cooling, TSC provides an optimized PCB assembly, thus eliminating parasitic effects and providing much lower stray inductances.
