The S28HL256TFPBHM010 is a 256 Mb SEMPER™ flash memory built on Infineon's 45 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It offers uniform and hybrid sector architectures, octal and SPI interfaces compliant with JEDEC JESD251, SDR speeds up to 166 MBps, and DDR up to 332 MBps. Functional safety includes ISO26262 ASIL B/D compliance, ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and Endurance Flex architecture. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it is AEC-Q100 automotive qualified.
