It runs from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over -40°C to 125°C and delivers up to 166 MHz SDR or 200 MHz DDR for 400 MByte/s reads. Functional safety features support ISO 26262, including ECC (SECDED), interface and data integrity CRC, SafeBoot, AutoBoot, and sector protection.
