The S28HS256TGZBHB810 is a 256 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon's 45 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports octal and SPI interfaces compliant with JEDEC JESD251. Sector architectures include uniform 256 KB sectors and hybrid options with thirty-two 4 KB sectors. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it delivers up to 400 MBps DDR and 166 MBps SDR read speeds. Safety features include ISO26262 ASIL B/D compliance and ECC with SECDED.
