The S28HL256TFPBHB010 is a 256 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory with octal interface for automotive and industrial applications. Built on Infineon's 45 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, it supports uniform and hybrid sector architectures with 256 KB and 4 KB sectors. It delivers up to 400 MBps read throughput, minimum 25-year data retention, and at least 512,000 program-erase cycles. The device is AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified for -40°C to +105°C operation and features built-in ECC.
