It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40 to 105°C. HL-T supports 166 MHz SDR/DDR (up to 333 MByte/s), and integrates ECC, interface CRC, and data integrity CRC for robust code storage, including boot firmware and calibration data.
