Description: The RS12 is an advanced DC/DC converter with planar transformer technology that offers very high power density, 4:1 input voltage, a regulated DC output with 3 kV DC isolation and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +75°C (without reduction in output power and with convection cooling only). The SIP8 pin assignment is backwards compatible with our RS6 (6 W) and RS3 (3 W) models. It offers the option to choose between 3 W, 6 W or 12 W output power in the same enclosure. The difference is that the RS12 uses a metal enclosure. Additional features such as UVLO, CTRL pin, trimmable outputs and simple EMC filtering round off this versatile DC/DC converter. It also has a UL/IEC/EN 62368-1 safety certificate with CB report.
