It offers short-circuit protection, overtemperature shutdown, power-on reset, undervoltage reset, watchdog circuit, and an inhibit input. Reset output and watchdog trigger time can be adjusted with external components. Inhibit input switches off the IC, minimizing current consumption (typically 0mA).
