S25FS256TDPBHI110 is a 256 Mbit SEMPER™ Nano NOR flash in the FS-T family for code and data storage in industrial embedded systems. It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over -40°C to 85°C and uses Quad SPI up to 104 MHz (52 MByte/s). MIRRORBIT™ architecture supports configurable 64 KB/128 KB sectors, 256/512-byte pages, 1024-byte OTP SSR, and on-die ECC with RD/BY# and reset options, plus SFDP support.
