The CY15B104QN-50BFXI is a 4-Mb EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with SPI interface, organized as 512K × 8 for industrial use. It delivers virtually unlimited endurance of 1015 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention, with instant non-volatile write at bus speed. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +85°C, it supports up to 50 MHz SPI clock. The 8-pin UFLGA package is RoHS compliant, ideal for rapid data updates in demanding systems.
