The CY15B104QI-20BFXI is a 4-Mbit EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with 512K × 8 organization, virtually unlimited endurance (10^15 cycles), and 151-year data retention at 60°C. It operates from 1.8 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C and uses a high-speed SPI interface up to 20 MHz. Instant non-volatile writes, advanced write protection, unique device ID, and low power make it ideal for industrial controls and frequent data logging. The 8-pin UFLGA package is RoHS compliant.
