REAL3™ high power and fast switching laser (VCSEL) and LED illumination driver IC The REAL3™ IRS9100C is a high-power, fast-modulation-frequency laser (VCSEL) and LED illumination driver IC designed for consumer applications. Fast rise and fall times enable its use in depth measurement applications, such as iToF and LDS systems. High peak current allows for strong but short optical output bursts, which is ideal for applications requiring high intensity and short duration. The IRS9100C is packaged in a small TSNP-10-4 package. Additionally, the integration of features such as LVDS, voltage, and thermal monitoring reduces the application's footprint.
