S80KS2564GACHB040 is a 256 Mb HYPERRAM self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a 1.8 V HYPERBUS extended-IO x16 interface. It supports up to 200 MHz DDR operation for up to 800 MBps throughput with 35 ns maximum access time. Operating range is 1.7 to 2.0 V and –40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2). In a 49-ball FBGA, it provides configurable linear or wrapped bursts and partial-array refresh.
