IRHNS9A7264 is a single rad hard 250V, 82A N-channel MOSFET housed in SupIR-SMD package. With its improved immunity to SEE, it offers electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID and LET up to 90MeV·cm2/mg. Its low RDS(on) and faster switching times reduce power losses and increase power density, making it ideal for space applications and high-speed satellite bus and payload switching applications.
