It is based on the single processor Arm Cortex-M4 and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU for peripheral and security processing. It is equipped with a frequency of 80 MHz and a 576 KB flash memory. Moreover, it includes a Dual-bank Flash to support true FOTA and a PG-LQFP-100 package. It is dedicated to automotive body applications such as body control modules, HVAC, and lighting.
