The S29GL256S10FHIV20 is a 256 Mb MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory device with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O. It supports random access times as fast as 90 ns and page access times down to 15 ns, with a ×16 data bus and 512-byte programming buffer. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (VCC) and 1.65 V to VCC (VIO), it supports –40°C to +105°C industrial plus temperature range, robust sector protection, ECC, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles.
