Rad hard RIC7S113A4SCS is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high and low side referenced output channels. With high voltage support up to 400V, it's characterized up to 100 krad(Si) TID and SEE up to LET of 81.9 MeV·cm2/mg. Screened to MIL-PRF-38534 Level S. Intended for harsh radiation environments such as space, this device is packaged in a hermetically sealed 14-pin flatpack.
