RIC74424H is a rad hard non-inverting dual output gate driver specifically designed for high performance in space and radiation environments. Electrical characteristics are specified pre and post-irradiation over the entire military specification ambient temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. This COTS device is SEE characterized up to a linear energy transfer (LET) of 81.9 MeV·cm2/mg. Hermetically packaged in an 8-pin flatpack.
