JANSR2N7650U8C is a rad hard 60V, 25A, single R9 N-channel MOSFET with improved immunity to SEE and LET up to 90 MeV·cm2/mg. Its low RDS(on) and fast switching make it ideal for space applications requiring superior power MOSFETs such as DC-DC converters and motor drives. Electrical performance is up to 100krad(Si) TID. JANSR2N7650U8C is QPL qualified.
