The rad hard N-channel MOSFET JANSG2N7394 is a single 60V, 35A device with electrical performance of up to 500krad(Si) TID. The IR HiRel HEXFET technology provides high performance power MOSFETs for space applications. The combination of low RDS(on) and low gate charge reduces power losses in switching applications. The device is available in a TO-254AA package and is QPL qualified.
