JANSG2N7268 is a 100V, 34A rad hard N-channel MOSFET for space applications with electrical performance up to 500krad(Si) TID. With low RDS(on) and low gate charge, these R4 MOSFETs reduce power losses in applications like DC-DC converters, motor control, and more. In a TO-254AA package, they retain the MOSFET benefits such as voltage control, fast switching, ease of paralleling and temperature stability of electrical parameters.
