The IR HiRel R9 N-channel MOSFET JANSF2N7647U3C is a QPL-qualified device for space applications. With a capacity of up to 60V and 40A, this device comes in a SMD-0.5 package with a ceramic lid and has electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID.
