The JANSF2N7583U2A is a single R5 N-channel MOSFET with a maximum voltage rating of 200V and a current rating of 56A. This rad hard MOSFET is characterized for Single Event Effects (SEE) and has useful performance up to an LET of 80 MeV·cm2/mg. It comes in a SupIR-SMD package and has electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID. The low RDS(on) and low gate charge reduce power losses in switching applications.
