JANSF2N7433 is a single rad hard N-channel MOSFET with a voltage rating of 200V and current rating of 35A. It comes in a TO-254AA package and has electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID, making it ideal for space applications. Its low RDS(on) and gate charge make it perfect for DC-DC converters and motor control. This R4 device is QPL-qualified and uses IR HiRel rad hard HEXFET technology.
