JANSF2N7261 R4 N-channel MOSFET is a rad hard device suitable for space applications with high performance and reliability. The device has a maximum voltage of 100V and can handle a current of up to 8A. With low RDS(on) and low gate charge, it reduces power losses in switching applications such as DC-DC converters and motor control. Its electrical performance can withstand Total Dose and Single Event Effects (SEE) up to 300krad(Si).
