The rad hard N-channel MOSFET IRHNS57Z60 offers a reliable solution for space applications with 30V and 75A ratings. With a high performance SupIR-SMD package, it has electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID. A COTS device, its low RDS(on) and gate charge provide reduced power losses in switching applications, while retaining the advantages of MOSFETs. LET of 80 MeV·cm2/mg ensures stable electrical performance.
