IRHNS53160 is a rad hard R5 N-channel MOSFET in SupIR-SMD package. With a voltage rating of 100V and 75A current handling capabilities, this COTS MOSFET has electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID. Low RDS(on) and gate charge reduce power losses for switching applications like DC-DC converters and motor controllers. SEE characterization up to LET of 80MeV·cm2/mg.
