IRHNM57110 is a rad hard R5 N-channel MOSFET with 100V, 6.9A in a SMD-0.2 package. R5 technology provides high-performance power MOSFETs with improved immunity to Single Event Effects (SEE). Low RDS(on) and gate charge reduce power losses in DC-DC converters and motor control. Voltage control, fast switching, and temperature stability make this COTS MOSFET ideal for space applications.
