The rad hard R9 N-channel MOSFET IRHNJ9A3034SCS in SMD-0.5 package can handle 60V, 40A with electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID and QIRL classification. This MOSFET has improved immunity to Single Event Effects (SEE) and is suitable for space applications with LET up to 90MeV·cm2/mg. Its low RDS(on) and faster switching times make it ideal for high-speed switching applications.
