IRHMS6S7160SCS is a radiation-hard R6 N-channel MOSFET with 100V and 45A ratings. It features low RDS(on) and fast switching times that make it ideal for DC-DC converters and motor drives. The device comes in a TO-254AA low ohmic package, and has a QIRL classification with electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID. It retains all the advantages of MOSFETs such as voltage control and temperature stability.
