The IRHMS67164SCSA N-channel MOSFET is a space-grade MOSFET with a voltage rating of 150V and current rating of 45A. Its TO-254AA low ohmic package and lead form down design, along with IR HiRel R6 technology provide superior power and improved immunity to Single Event Effects (SEE) with LET up to 85 MeV·cm2/mg.
