The IRHMS67164SCS is a single rad hard N-channel MOSFET designed for space applications with a voltage rating of 150V and current rating of 45A. Its TO-254AA low ohmic package and R6 technology provide superior power and improved immunity to Single Event Effects (SEE) with LET up to 85 MeV·cm2/mg. The device has low RDS(on) and fast switching times, making it ideal for DC-DC converters and motor drives.
