IRHMS67160A R6 MOSFET is a space-grade single N-channel device with a 100V voltage rating and 45A current rating. These devices are rad hard and come in a lead form down TO-254AA low ohmic package. With improved immunity to SEE and LET performance up to 85 MeV·cm2/mg, they are ideal for space applications. Their low RDS(on) and fast switching times make them suitable for use in DC-DC converters or motor drives.
