IRHMS57064 is a radiation-hardened single N-channel R5 MOSFET with a 60V voltage rating and a 45A current rating. It comes in a TO-254AA low ohmic package and has electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID. This device is ideal for DC-DC converters and motor controllers with low RDS(on) and gate charge, which reduces power losses. It retains all advantages of MOSFETs and is a COTS part.
