It delivers virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating at 1.71 V to 1.89 V, it consumes 2.7 mA active and 14 µA standby current. Integrated unique ID and a 256-byte special sector enable secure identification and robust storage for demanding industrial applications.
