The CY15B108QN-50BKXIT is an 8-Mbit EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with virtually unlimited endurance of 1015 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 65°C. It operates from 1.8 V to 3.6 V and supports SPI up to 50 MHz. Typical active current is 3.3 mA at 50 MHz, standby 8 µA, and deep power-down 1.1 µA. Advanced write protection and a 256-byte special sector enhance reliability. Industrial temperature range is -40°C to +85°C in a 24-ball FBGA package.
