XENSIV™ - TLE4999C4 programmable dual channel linear Hall sensor for safety critical automotive applications TLE4999C4 is ISO 26262-compliant, offering high redundancy with two sensor elements on one chip. It ensures premium functional safety (up to ASIL D) with separate signal paths, plausibility checks, and diagnostic coverage. The digital SPC protocol based on SENT standard is provided on the OUT pin. Calibration via SICI after assembly, separate analog supply domains, and 4 output signal modes with CRC and a rolling counter are also supported.
