The S26HL02GTFGBHM043 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with HYPERBUS™ and SPI interfaces. It supports DDR up to 332 MBps, flexible 4 KB/256 KB sector architecture, ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance, and built-in ECC for safety. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it achieves up to 2,560,000 program-erase cycles, 25-year data retention, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive qualification.
