It uses the HYPERBUS™ (JESD251 xSPI) DDR interface at 166 MHz to deliver up to 332 MBps (333.0 MByte/s) read bandwidth. ISO 26262-compliant safety includes ECC (SECDED), interface CRC, and SafeBoot, plus a 1024-byte OTP region and 256 KB sectors.
