It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V across -40°C to 105°C and supports DDR clocks to 133 MHz for 266 MByte/s bandwidth. ECC (SECDED), interface and data CRC, and SafeBoot features support ISO 26262-compliant automotive ECUs.
