It uses a HYPERBUS™ (xSPI JESD251) DDR interface at 133 MHz for up to 266 MByte/s bandwidth, with burst reads supported by DS strobe. It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over -40°C to 105°C, is automotive qualified, and is ISO 26262-compliant with ECC (SECDED), SafeBoot, and interface/data CRC. It is halogen-free and RoHS compliant.
