Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V or 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it meets industrial and automotive grades (-40°C to +125°C, AEC-Q100). Features include Endurance Flex architecture, ECC, interface CRC, advanced sector protection, SafeBoot, and AutoBoot. It is suitable for automotive and industrial use.
