It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over -40°C to 105°C (industrial plus) and supports octal SDR 166 MHz and octal DDR 200 MHz for up to 400 MByte/s bandwidth. Data integrity features include ECC (SECDED), interface CRC, SafeBoot and AutoBoot, plus sector protection options.
