It supports a HYPERBUS™ x8 interface with DDR up to 200 MHz (400 MByte/s) for memory-mapped reads. Integrated ECC (SECDED), interface and data-integrity CRC, and SafeBoot help detect and recover from initialization or configuration faults. Available in halogen-free, RoHS 24-ball BGA.
