The S25HS512TFANHI013 is a 512 Mbit SEMPER™ NOR flash (HS-T, Quad SPI) for code and data storage in embedded systems. It operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V over the -40°C to 85°C industrial range and supports Quad SPI reads up to 166 MHz (SDR) or 102 MHz (DDR), delivering up to 102 MByte/s bandwidth. Integrated ECC (SECDED), CRC, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection help improve data integrity.
