Supports SDR 166 MHz and DDR 102 MHz reads up to 102 MByte/s, with 4 KB and 256 KB erase. ECC (SECDED), data integrity CRC, Endurance Flex wear leveling, SafeBoot, and AutoBoot support robust embedded boot code storage.
